Which plan for what?
Self-serve plans cover creating, learning, reporting, and — from Team — branding. The higher the plan, the more learning units per month and the stronger the analytics and support. The course shop is not an upsell toggle in the middle: it belongs to Enterprise and is set up deliberately.
What do credits and quotas mean?
Plans set learning units per month and credits for AI-assisted actions. Per the pricing page: e.g. a new learning unit costs 5 credits, an image 2; the monthly quota renews. Purchased extra credits don’t expire and kick in after the monthly quota. You can see usage in the app under Subscription. Orientation credits/month: Basis 70 · Starter 200 · Pro 650 · Team 1,800 · Enterprise by agreement.
