What happens in the group?
Learners stay in fixed curriculum groups. In duo, turns alternate. The group votes or stores a submission. Peers give feedback against a rubric. In the session review you filter duo and peer — as proof, not a diagnosis.
- The organisation sets what is allowed; default is off
- Duo for dialogue, scenario and simulation — partner from the same group
- Group note separate from the private note
- Peer review anonymous in the group; trainers can override the score
